SHIPPING
Orders normally ship within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be queued up for the next business day to be processed. For example if your order was placed at 3pm EST on Monday then it would entering the shipping system for picking and packing on Tuesday. We ship with a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipments are typically delivered in 2-4 business days once shipped. Items are shipped frozen and defrost in transit to ensure freshness of product!
RETURNS + REFUNDS
All online sales are final. No refunds for addresses entered incorrectly. For questions or concerns, please email info@eatroyo.com. Refunds applied if product arrives damaged and if notified within 1 week of reciept of items. Please note that our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. All inquiries will be addressed during these hours!
