What you'll need:
- 2 slices of Low Carb Artisan Bread
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of egg whites
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
- 1 tbsp of chocolate nut butter
Toppings
- 2 tbsp of whipping cream
- 2 tbsp of keto chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp of low carb chocolate chips
How to make:
- Mix all the almond milk, vanilla, monk fruit and egg whites in a bowl and soak each slice of bread in it.
- Spread the nut butter over one of the slices and top with the other half.
- Cook in a greased skillet with ghee for 4 minutes per side.
- Serve with toppings and enjoy!
