Hot Chocolate Stuffed French Toast

What you'll need:

  • 2 slices of Low Carb Artisan Bread
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of egg whites
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate nut butter
  • 2 tbsp of whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp of keto chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp of low carb chocolate chips

How to make:

  1. Mix all the almond milk, vanilla, monk fruit and egg whites in a bowl and soak each slice of bread in it.
  2. Spread the nut butter over one of the slices and top with the other half.
  3. Cook in a greased skillet with ghee for 4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with toppings and enjoy!
