    Can’t tell difference between this and regular bread

    If you’re low carb and wondering if it’s worth it to have bread shipped from NY, it is! The bread, bagels and hamburger buns taste like the real thing. Just savored French toast made with this bread. Delicious. Bagels with cream cheese - amazing. Bread’s texture isn’t weird like other low carb breads. A must try.

    Almost made me cry

    I am new to Royo. Just happened upon it a few weeks ago. I was at first reluctant to try a "low" carb bread because I have tried several in the past that was so awful I had to throw them away. But I am so glad I took a chance - this bread is far superior to any bread I have eaten. I have toasted the Artesian bread and made a delicious sandwich which almost made me cry.

    Eating healthy bagels no longer means eating bad bagels. Of course each of legendary Manhattan establishments does have identifiable tastes associated with their bagels respectively, but that does not mean Royo bagels don't measure up. They do -- and with all healthful ingredients.

How long does ROYO last?
All ROYO products are recommended to be stored in the freezer for maximum freshness.

How many bagels come in a bag?
6 bagels (1/2 dozen) come in each ROYO bag.
How can bread and bagels not have carbs?
We hear you! After months of research and trial and error, we found a high fiber blend of ingredients that give the same taste and texture of real baked goods but without the net carbs.
How does ROYO ship?
All ROYO orders ship fresh within 1-4 business days. We recommend storing the products in the freezer upon receipt to make sure they stay fresh!
Why is there a minimum order amount?
To be completely transparent, if we sold for any lesser amount, it just wouldn't make sense for us to ship our products across the country. Costs for our ingredients, warehousing and shipping make it difficult for us to offer our products at a lower price point.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping perishable items across the country is expensive. Unfortunately, as postage rates continue to increase, there is little that we can control about shipping.
What are net carbs?
Net carbs = total carbs - dietary fiber. Not all carbs act the same to your body. Fiber and some natural sweeteners (think stevia, allulose, monk fruit) don't affect blood sugar levels or contribute to calories so they get deducted from the "total carbs" count on a nutrition label. Net carbs are thus the effective carbs that get digested by your body.

In our case this would be anywhere between 2-7g of net carbs.
Is ROYO keto-friendly?
With all ROYO products having less than 7g of net carbs, our products can fit into a keto-friendly or low carbohydrate lifestyle.
